When you have purchased a vehicle through CarCollect, you can find the seller's contact details in the vehicle dossier.
You can use these details to contact the seller about, for example, the handover, collection of the vehicle or any additional questions regarding the vehicle.
When are the contact details visible?
The seller's contact details become visible as soon as the vehicle has been allocated to you.
During the bidding process, the seller's contact details are not yet visible. This ensures that the bidding process is handled entirely through CarCollect.
Where can I find the contact details?
Follow the steps below:
Go to Purchase orders.
Open the relevant vehicle.
Go to the vehicle dossier.
View the seller's details within the dossier.
Here you will find the available contact information of the selling party.
What can I contact the seller about?
You can contact the seller about matters such as:
Making arrangements regarding the handover.
Coordinating the collection of the vehicle.
Questions about the availability of the vehicle.
