Have you purchased a vehicle through CarCollect and is the vehicle ready for transport? You can easily schedule the transport yourself via the vehicle dossier.
Transport can be scheduled once:
✔ The vehicle payment has been completed.
✔ The release document has been uploaded.
✔ The vehicle has reached the Transport status.
How do I schedule transport?
Follow these steps:
Go to My CarCollect.
Open My purchases.
Select the relevant vehicle.
Click the blue action button.
Select Schedule transport.
Follow the steps in the transport environment to arrange the transport.
Always check that the details are correct when scheduling the transport. If the details are incorrect, please contact the CarCollect Customer Success team.
Who can schedule the transport?
Only the buyer of the vehicle can schedule the transport once the vehicle has reached the Transport status.
Would you prefer to collect the vehicle yourself or arrange your own transport? This is possible in many cases, unless transport has been made mandatory by the seller.
This is indicated during the bidding process and in the vehicle dossier.
What if transport is mandatory?
For some vehicles, transport via CarCollect is mandatory.
When this is the case, this is indicated in advance:
When placing a bid.
In the vehicle dossier.
In this situation, you cannot collect the vehicle yourself.
I can't schedule the transport. What should I do?
First, check:
✔ Whether the payment has been completed.
✔ Whether the release document has been uploaded.
✔ Whether the vehicle has the Transport status.
✔ Whether all actions in the vehicle dossier have been completed.
Are you still unable to schedule the transport? Please contact the CarCollect Customer Success team.
Please provide:
The vehicle registration number.
The CarCollect ID.
A description of the problem.
This will allow us to help you more quickly.
Tip
Schedule the transport as soon as possible once the vehicle is available. This helps prevent unnecessary delays in the delivery of the vehicle.
