When transport is mandatory, you cannot collect the vehicle yourself or arrange your own transport. The transport will then be handled via CarCollect.

Why is transport sometimes mandatory?

Can I arrange my own transport if transport is mandatory?
No. When the seller has made transport mandatory, you cannot collect the vehicle yourself or arrange your own transport.
The vehicle will then be processed according to the set transport procedure.
How does transport work when it is mandatory?

Complete the payment for the vehicle.
Make sure the required documentation has been processed.
The transport will be arranged according to the applicable procedure.
You will receive further transport information via CarCollect once the transport has been scheduled.
