Once you have purchased a vehicle, you can easily arrange transport through CarCollect. We work with several transport partners who collect the vehicle from the seller and deliver it to the delivery address of your choice.
Why arrange transport through CarCollect?
By arranging transport through CarCollect:

The option to book transport is part of the purchasing process within CarCollect.
How do I arrange transport through CarCollect?
When the vehicle is ready for transport:
Go to My CarCollect.
Open My purchases.
Select the relevant vehicle.
Click the blue action button.
Select Schedule transport.
Follow the steps to request the transport.
Once the transport has been scheduled, you will receive the transport information by email as soon as the planning is available.
What are the requirements for arranging transport?
Before transport can be scheduled, the required steps in the purchasing process must have been completed.
Check that:
✔ Payment for the vehicle has been completed.
✔ The required documents are available.
✔ The vehicle is ready for transport.
✔ Any outstanding actions in the vehicle file have been completed.
Can I arrange my own transport?
Yes, in many cases you can arrange transport yourself or collect the vehicle yourself.
You should coordinate this with the seller once the vehicle has been assigned to you.
Please note: for some vehicles, transport through CarCollect is mandatory. This is indicated before you place a bid and during the further purchasing process. In that case, you cannot use your own transport.
What does transport through CarCollect cost?
Transport costs are calculated separately and depend on various factors, such as:
The distance between the collection and delivery locations.
The type of vehicle.
The available transport options.
Transport costs are not added to your bid or purchase amount. They are invoiced separately.

Schedule transport as soon as possible once the vehicle becomes available for transport. This helps prevent delivery delays and ensures that the vehicle reaches your location as quickly as possible.
