Would you like to see an overview of the vehicles you have placed a bid on? Through My CarCollect, you can easily find all your open and previous bids.
Where can I find my bids?
Follow the steps below:
Go to Buying offering.
Open the filter menu.
Go to My CarCollect.
Select My bids.
Here you can see all vehicles you have placed a bid on.
Can't you find a vehicle?
A vehicle may not be visible in your overview. First, check whether any active filters are still applied.
Follow these steps:
Click the bin icon next to the search bar to remove all filters.
Check the My bids overview again.
Is the vehicle still not visible in the overview? It may be listed under Vehicles not of interest.
You can make the vehicle visible again by disabling the eye icon next to the vehicle.
What can I see under my bids?
Within My bids, you can easily track the status of your bids.
You can see, among other things:
Which vehicles you have bid on.
The current status of the vehicle.
Whether the vehicle is still available.
When a vehicle is allocated to you, it is moved to My purchases within My CarCollect.
Tip
Use My bids to easily keep track of your open bids. This allows you to quickly see which vehicles you have bid on and follow the progress of your purchases.
