Where can I find my bids?
Follow these steps:
Go to Vehicle Offers.
Open the filter menu.
Go to My CarCollect.
Select My bids.
Here you can see all vehicles on which you have placed a bid.
Can't find a vehicle?
If a vehicle does not appear in the overview, first check whether any active filters are still applied.
Follow these steps:
Click the bin icon next to the search bar to remove all filters.
Check the My bids overview again.
If the vehicle is still not visible, it may be listed under Vehicles you're not interested in.
You can make the vehicle visible again by disabling the eye icon next to the vehicle.
What can I see under My bids?
Under My bids, you can easily find your bids and track the status of the vehicles.
You can see, among other things:
Which vehicles you have placed a bid on.
The current status of the vehicle.
Whether the vehicle is still available.
Tip
Use My bids to keep an overview of your ongoing bids. This makes it easy to find the vehicles you are interested in and follow their progress.
