Follow these steps:
Create an account with GRIPnGO.
Contact the CarCollect Customer Success team.
CarCollect connects your GRIPnGO account to your CarCollect environment.
Once activated, you can use the integration.
Which documents are added automatically?
After a vehicle has been successfully released through GRIPnGO, the following documents are automatically added to the vehicle dossier:
Vehicle release certificate.
Business stock certificate.
RDW mileage report.
Temporary Document Number (TDN).
This ensures that all important documents are immediately available within CarCollect.
What happens after the vehicle is released?
After the vehicle has been released:
The documents are automatically added to the dossier.
CarCollect periodically checks whether the vehicle has been deregistered from the business stock.
The administrative process is automatically updated.
How much does the GRIPnGO integration cost?
GRIPnGO charges the following fees for using the service:
Creating a TDN: €0.20 per vehicle.
Vehicle release: €0.20 per vehicle.
These amounts exclude RDW fees.
