Step 1: Register your company
Go to the registration form on the CarCollect website and enter the requested company details.
After submitting your registration, we first check whether the company details are correct. During this company verification, we check, among other things, whether:
Your company is correctly registered.
The company details provided are correct.
Your company meets the requirements to use CarCollect.
Once the company verification has been completed, you will receive a notification from us.
Step 2: Personal verification
Has your company been approved? You will then be asked to complete a personal verification.
This verification confirms that the person applying for the account is authorised to act on behalf of the company. This helps us keep the platform safe and reliable for all users.
Follow the instructions you receive by email to complete the personal verification.
Step 3: Receive your login details
Once both the company verification and personal verification have been successfully completed, your CarCollect account will be activated.
You will then receive an email with your login details and can start using the platform immediately.
After logging in, you can:
Search for and bid on vehicles.
Sell vehicles (if you have been granted the required permissions).
Manage your company and account settings.
