When you have listed a vehicle on CarCollect, you can invite your trading partners to bid on it.

Click the Invite to bid action button.

Select the trading partners you want to invite.

1. List a vehicle on CarCollect.
2. Open the vehicle dossier.
3. Click the Invite to bid action button.
4. Select the trading partners you want to invite.
5. Send the invitation.

The selected trading partners will then receive an email with the option to view the vehicle and place a bid.

My trading partner does not have a CarCollect account yet

Does your trading partner not have a CarCollect account yet? They will receive an invitation to register first.

The trading partner can register using the registration form:

After registration and verification of the company details, the company will gain access to CarCollect and can participate in the trading platform. CarCollect is exclusively available to registered automotive companies.

By adding your own trading partners to CarCollect, you can:

Further build your own trading community within CarCollect.

- Increase the reach of your vehicles.
- Reach buyers with whom you already have a trading relationship.
- Potentially receive more relevant bids.

In addition to your own trading partners, you can also make use of CarCollect's extensive network of professional buyers.
