How does the integration work?
Once an integration is available and configured, vehicles and bids can be exchanged between platforms, depending on the integration.
For example:
Vehicles from CarCollect may also be offered on an external auction platform.
Bids from the external platform may be displayed in CarCollect.
You may be able to monitor the bidding process from CarCollect.
The exact process depends on the connected platform and the arrangements in place.
What should I do if a vehicle or bid is missing?
First, check whether the integration is active and whether the vehicle was correctly submitted to the external platform.
If the vehicle is missing or bids are not being displayed, contact CarCollect Support. Include the CarCollect ID, the external auction platform and a brief description of the issue.
