What is the Macadam integration?
Macadam carries out independent vehicle inspections in several European countries. Its reports include vehicle details, photos and damage assessments.
How do I activate Macadam?
Make sure you have an account with Macadam.
Log in to CarCollect.
Open the Macadam integration page.
Request activation.
Once activated, you can view inspection reports in the Inspection Manager app within CarCollect.
Activation is free. Macadam charges per inspection.
How do I create a draft auction from a Macadam report?
Open the Inspection Manager app within CarCollect.
Find the relevant Macadam inspection report.
Check that the report belongs to the correct vehicle.
Review the inspection data, photos and damage assessments.
Click the action button and select Add to CarCollect.
Check the details of the draft auction that has been created.
Complete any missing information and review the listing before publishing it.

What should I do if the Macadam report is missing?
Check the Inspection Manager app to see whether the report is available. Also check that the inspection has been completed and that the data belongs to the correct vehicle.
