Roles for buyers
Buyer account
With a buyer account, you can view vehicles and participate in the buying process.
A buyer can, among other things:
View vehicles in the offering.
Place bids.
Manage vehicles they have won.
Follow the buying process.
Complete actions required after a purchase.
Roles for sellers
Different roles and permissions can be configured for seller accounts. These depend on the responsibilities within your organisation.
Possible permissions include:
Listing vehicles
Users with these permissions can:
Add new vehicles.
Update vehicle information.
Offer vehicles through CarCollect.
Managing sales
Users with these permissions can:
View bids.
Allocate vehicles.
Follow up on the selling process.
Organisation management
Users with administrator permissions can:
Add new users.
Manage roles and permissions.
Change settings within the organisation.
