The NAP check indicates whether a vehicle's registered mileage is Logical, Not logical or No judgement. This assessment is based on the registered mileage readings and is not determined by CarCollect. CarCollect only displays the available information from the official registration.
When will I receive the status 'Not logical'?
A vehicle receives the status Not logical when a registered mileage reading is lower than a previously registered mileage reading. This can, for example, be caused by:
An administrative or data entry error during a previous registration.
A mileage rollback.
Another discrepancy in the vehicle's mileage history.
When will I receive 'No judgement'?
In some situations, no judgement can be given about the vehicle's mileage. This may be the case when:
The vehicle has been imported and the complete mileage history is not available.
There are insufficient registered mileage readings available.
The odometer has been replaced or repaired.
There is another reason why the mileage history cannot be fully assessed.
Can CarCollect change this?
No. CarCollect does not register or modify mileage readings and cannot change the NAP assessment.
Do you believe the assessment is incorrect? Contact the party that registered the mileage reading or consult the RDW for more information about the vehicle's mileage history.

When listing a vehicle, always check that the registered mileage matches the current odometer reading. A correct and transparent vehicle presentation helps build buyer confidence and increases the chance of a successful sale.
