An internal listing can be useful when you want to:
Assess a vehicle internally first.
Have colleagues check the vehicle details.
Add or complete vehicle information or photos.
Wait before making the vehicle publicly available.
How do I list a vehicle internally?
Add a new vehicle.
Enter the vehicle details.
Under visibility or selling type, select the Internal option (if available in your environment).
Save the vehicle dossier.
The vehicle will then only be visible to users within your organisation who have the appropriate permissions.
Use a Destination Protocol
Would you like to decide who can see a vehicle? Then use a Destination Protocol.
With a Destination Protocol, you can determine which target audience has access to your vehicle. For example, you can make a vehicle visible only to:
Colleagues within your organisation.
A selected group of trading partners.
A specific trading community.
The entire CarCollect network.
