Each vehicle file contains the following documentation under the heading 'documents'.
The temporary document number (TDN);
The invoice;
The release certificate.
Attention!
Some documents are not visible until the vehicle file is at a certain status.
Buy and sell offer
You can find different actions in the buy and sell offer by expanding the 'my CarCollect' heading in the filter menu. Here you will find the following:
My bids (only for the buy offer);
My purchases (only for the buy offer);
My vehicles (only for the sales offer);
Favorite vehicles (all the files where you pressed the 'heart' icon);
Not interested vehicles (all files where you pressed the 'eye' icon).
Profile
Under the heading profile you can find the following information about your account:
General information such as contact information;
Information about your organization;
Your favorite searches and trade relationships;
The notifications you receive;
Change email;
Change password.
