Within CarCollect, you work from two main environments:
Buying offering: this is where you search for, view and purchase vehicles.
Selling offering: this is where you manage the vehicles your organisation is offering or has sold.
Buying offering
Go to Buying offering in the main menu.
Here you will find all vehicles that you can bid on or purchase directly. You can use filters and the search function to quickly find the right vehicle.
You can also use this section to:
View your placed bids.
Use Favourite searches.
Track purchased vehicles and their status.
Selling offering
Go to Selling offering in the main menu.
In this environment, you manage all vehicles offered by your organisation. You will find an overview of:
Active auctions.
Sold vehicles.
Draft vehicles.
Vehicles requiring further action.
From the Selling offering, you can add, edit and publish vehicles and track the progress of your sales.
Please note: Can't you see Selling offering in the menu? Your account does not yet have selling rights. Contact the Customer Success team to have these rights activated.
