Transport scheduling
Once the vehicle release certificate has been uploaded, the transport can be scheduled. You can schedule the transport by clicking on the blue action button and then on the heading "schedule transport". Make sure that all data are correct. Are they not correct? Please contact our support.
Who can schedule the transport?
Only the buyer of the vehicle can schedule the transport as soon as the vehicle is in transport status. It is also possible to arrange to pick up the vehicle yourself.
Attention!
With some selling parties transport is mandatory. This is clearly indicated per vehicle in the vehicle file and in the window when you want to place a bid. In these cases it is not possible to pick up the vehicle yourself.
