How do I change my email address?

Would you like to change your email address? Follow the steps below.

Changing your email address

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen on desktop.

  2. Click View my profile in the bar at the top of the platform.

  3. Click the Security tab on the left side of the screen.

  4. Click Change under the option to change your email address.

  5. Enter your new email address and click Confirm.

  6. Confirm your new email address using the link in the email you receive.

  7. Your email address has now been changed and you can log in using your new email address.

Can't change your email address?

Are you unable to change your email address or no longer have access to your current email address? Please contact our Customer Success team. We will be happy to assist you.

Please note

Always use a personal and active email address. You will receive important communications at this address, including:

  • New bids and purchases.

  • Status updates for vehicle dossiers.

  • Account and platform notifications.
