Have you purchased a vehicle and would like to arrange transport via CarCollect? You can calculate the transport costs in advance in the vehicle dossier.
The transport costs are not added to the purchase amount of the vehicle, but are calculated separately and invoiced afterwards.
How are the transport costs calculated?
The transport costs are determined based on:
The distance between the collection and delivery locations.
The availability of transport providers.
The type of vehicle.
You can view the current transport costs when requesting transport via CarCollect Transport in the vehicle dossier.
Are additional costs possible?
In some situations, additional costs may apply, for example for:
A large vehicle such as a van.
A vehicle that cannot be rolled.
A vehicle that is not drivable.
Any applicable additional costs are included in the transport calculation.
Where can I find the transport costs?
Follow these steps:
Go to My CarCollect.
Open My purchases.
Select the relevant vehicle.
Click the blue action button.
Select Schedule transport.
View the available transport options and corresponding costs.
When do I pay the transport costs?
The transport costs are invoiced separately from the vehicle.
Transport costs are not included in your bid or the purchase amount of the vehicle. They are charged separately.
Tip
Always calculate the transport costs before placing a bid. This gives you a complete overview of the total costs associated with purchasing the vehicle.
Take into account:
✔ The purchase amount of the vehicle.
✔ Any transport costs.
✔ Any additional costs for special vehicles.
