When can I change the billing address?
A change to the billing address is only possible before the invoice has been prepared by the seller.
Has the invoice already been created? The billing address can no longer be changed through CarCollect.
How do I change my billing address?
Would you like to have your billing address changed?
Please contact the Customer Success team and provide:
Your company name.
The current billing address.
The new billing address.
The CarCollect ID of the vehicle, if applicable.
We will check the available options and help you further.
How can I prevent errors on the invoice?
Always check that your company details are correctly registered in CarCollect.
Check, among other things:
✔ Company name.
✔ Billing address.
✔ VAT details.
✔ Contact details.
This helps prevent the invoice from being issued with incorrect information.
