Yes, it is possible to place a bid on a Buy-Now vehicle.
A Buy-Now vehicle offers two options:
Buy the vehicle directly at the set Buy-Now price.
Place a bid and wait for the seller to review it.
Buy-Now vehicles are often vehicles from the seller's business stock that are immediately available.
How do I place a bid on a Buy-Now vehicle?
Placing a bid works in the same way as for other vehicles:
Open the vehicle dossier.
Check the vehicle details, photos, damage and documents.
Click the blue action button to place a bid.
Enter your bid.
Check the price breakdown and any transport costs.
Confirm your bid.
Please note: a bid placed is binding. Always check carefully that your bid is correct before confirming it.
Can I also buy the vehicle directly?
Yes. In addition to placing a bid, you can buy a Buy-Now vehicle directly at the set Buy-Now price.
This is also possible if you have already placed a bid on the same vehicle.
As long as the vehicle is still available, you can choose to pay the Buy-Now price and purchase the vehicle directly.
What is the difference between bidding and buying directly?
Bidding
You decide how much you want to bid.
The seller reviews your bid.
There is no guarantee that the vehicle will be allocated to you.
Buying directly via Buy-Now
You buy the vehicle directly at the set price.
The vehicle is allocated to you immediately.
You can start the further purchasing process sooner.
Tip: use the Bid indication
When placing a bid, you can use the Bid indication.
The Bid indication helps you better assess whether your bid is in line with the expected bids. Use this as a tool, but always determine for yourself what the vehicle is worth to you.
