Why would I block a trading partner?
You may not want certain companies to participate in your sales. For example:
You no longer do business with a particular party.
You want to exclude a direct competitor.
You do not want a specific trading partner to see your vehicles.
By blocking a trading partner, you have more control over your own trading community.
How do I block a trading partner?
Follow the steps below:
Go to your Profile within CarCollect.
Go to Preferences.
Open the list of trading partners.
Select the trading partner you want to block.
Add the trading partner to the block list.
The selected trading partner will no longer see your vehicles and will not be able to bid on them.
Can I remove a block?
Yes, you can remove a trading partner from the block list at any time. After that, the company can see your vehicles again when they fall within the selected target audience.
Managing your trading community
In addition to blocking trading partners, you can also add, favourite and manage your own trading relationships within CarCollect. This allows you to easily build a network that fits your sales strategy.
