CarCollect works with the most common browsers. Below you will find an overview of the browsers per operating system:

Apple:

- Google Chrome (latest version)

- Mozilla Firefox (latest version)

- Safari (latest version)

Windows:

- Google Chrome (latest version)

- Mozilla Firefox (latest version)

- Microsoft Edge (latest version)

- Internet Explorer 11*

*Microsoft recommends using Microsoft Edge as the default browser and supports Internet Explorer 11 for backward compatibility. Versions of Internet Explorer 10 and below are not supported by CarCollect, as they are not fully supported by Microsoft.

Good to know: If you have compatibility view enabled in Internet Explorer 11, CarCollect's unsupported browser warnings are displayed because Internet Explorer 11 acts as an older browser. Turn off compatibility view to resolve this error.
