With bulk actions in CarCollect Vehicle Stock Management (VSM), you can manage multiple vehicles at the same time. Instead of performing the same action separately for each vehicle, you can apply it to a selection of vehicles in one go. This saves time and makes managing your stock more efficient.
What are bulk actions?
Bulk actions are operations that you can perform simultaneously on multiple selected vehicles. The available actions depend on the features and settings in your VSM environment.
How do I use bulk actions?
Open Vehicle Stock Management.
Go to your vehicle overview.
Select the vehicles you want to apply the same action to.
Open the available actions for the selected vehicles.
Choose the desired bulk action.
Check that the correct vehicles are selected and that the action is correct.
Confirm the action if prompted.
Once completed, check that the action has been carried out correctly.
When are bulk actions useful?
Bulk actions are particularly useful when you want to manage multiple vehicles in the same way. For example, you may want to update details or perform an action on several vehicles at once, provided these actions are available in your environment.
What should I keep in mind?
Check your selection: make sure you select only the vehicles to which the action applies.
Check the action: carefully review what the selected action involves before confirming it.
Check the result: once completed, verify that the changes have been processed correctly.
Please note that not every action can necessarily be performed on multiple vehicles at the same time.
What if a bulk action doesn't work?
First, check that you have selected the correct vehicles and that the chosen action is available for those vehicles.
